Super nice spot with plenty of good stuff around it. Lots of thought put into the design of the house. Lots of good kitchen stuff including a juicer and blender. Great spa situation -- hot tub, sauna, cold plunge. Really couldn't ask for a better place for an Austin get away. And even though it's not in the heart of downtown austin there is tons of good stuff nearby. We had good food and saw a great band all within a mile of the house. The bikes to ride are a nice bonus too.

Could not have asked for a better spot for our weekend in austin — there was even a “getting ready room” complete with mirrors and curlers for all of us to get ready together which is the ultimate girls weekend dream! The space is beautifully designed and feels luxe. Josh and Erinn were incredibly responsive, even doordashing us more coffee when we ran out! The location was perfect and in the middle of everything but still felt remote and peaceful. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern home. The space was spotless, stylish, and had every amenity we could possibly need, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Everything was thoughtfully designed and honestly even better than the photos. The hosts were fantastic, very kind and responsive, and you can tell they truly care about making sure guests have a great experience. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this home for a month and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect for us with restaurants and coffee shops nearby and about a 15 min drive to just about anything you plan to do in Austin. We plan to come back again next year. The home is beautiful and clean and all of the amenities work great and are as described. We are going to miss being here!

What a gem! This Airbnb is wonderfully appointed and superbly run. The location is amazing and convenient but still tucked away on a small street so you feel safe and secure. Hot tub, sauna and cold plunge are a game changer! Look no further - this is the place to stay! We will be back!

Almost perfect. A more accurate rating would be a 4.7 or a 4.8. It's so close to perfect. The environment was spotless. The amenities are just what you need to feel at home. And the environment is beautifully designed and decorated. Here's what kept this place from being a "perfect" experience. 1. The back door, the kitchen window, and the window to the makeup room don't have blinds. Since there's a second townhouse on this property my wife and I couldn't be in the kitchen/living room at night without the back neighbor having a direct view of us and if the door wasn't closed to the makeup room/closet to the master bedroom, the guests could see directly into our space from their vantage point. It felt rather exposing. 2. Though the couch in the living room is beautiful and matches the decor, it was in no way comfortable. That's really hard when you want to relax. A comfortable couch would be a game-changer. Resolve these things, and you truly have a perfect getaway.

WOW. This home is beautiful. The location is private, quiet and secluded but also just minutes from downtown and everything to do. The sauna and cold plunge was an awesome amenity to the home. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Austin this is it!
